DB Hackett has found a renewed passion for his music and his desire has brought him back to what he does best... writing & performing his own original songs. He is dedicated and acutely focussed on his path, nothing will stand in his way. Originally from Waynesboro, PA and coming from a musical family, DB resides in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains of North Carolina. DB Hackett is one of the founding members of the "Brick Yard Road Band" out of Fayetteville, NC who toured the southeastern region for many years. Currently, DB Hackett is a member of Rewind Blue, from Asheville, NC. Influenced by Waylon Jennings, Ronnie Van Zant, Hank Williams, Jr... outlaw country, traditional country and southern rock music. DB Hackett is a melody maker and songwriter, he's penned over 50 songs within the last few years. His musical style meanders through different genres and is well received by his audiences.
